Terms and conditions 

 Payment Terms Advance Payment: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30% - 50%) is required to secure the booking and commence work. Milestone Payments: For larger or multi-view projects, payments are often divided into stages (e.g., 30% upfront, 30% upon approval of draft renders, and 40% upon final delivery).

 Watermarked Drafts: All preliminary and draft renders sent for review should be clearly watermarked.Final Delivery: Final, high-resolution files are only released upon receipt of the final remaining balance.

 Work Delivery Drafting: Low-resolution "clay" renders or basic geometry mockups are delivered for initial feedback (such as lighting and camera angles) before proceeding to texturing and final lighting.Formats & Resolutions: Standard image deliverables are high-resolution JPG/PNG files. 

 Transfer Method: Files are typically delivered digitally via cloud storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer.

 Revisions and Modifications Revision Rounds: A standard contract outlines a specific number of allowed revision rounds (usually 1 to 2).Scope of Changes: Only minor modifications (e.g., material color, minor object placement) are included in these rounds. Significant changes (such as altering the floor plan or structural design) require a Change Order and are billed separately.

 Delays and Cancellations Client Delays: If the client fails to provide necessary architectural drawings or textures by the agreed deadline, the artist's delivery timeline is extended accordingly.

 Cancellation: If the project is canceled midway, the client is usually liable for the non-refundable deposit and for the hours worked on the project up to the point of cancellation.
